Booking

  • To secure your booking, we require 50% of the total rate. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. If your arrival date is less than 60 days away at the time of booking, 100% of the total rate is due. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers as payment methods.

Important Notes

  • 10-person maximum occupancy (not including infants).
  • No pets allowed.
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check-out: 10:00 AM
  • Refundable security deposit of $1,500 USD.
  • Rates do not include the Bahamas Value-Added Tax of 10%.
  • Rates do not include an optional $75 per day housekeeping fee. The housekeeper will tidy rooms, make beds, change linens two times per week, remove debris, load and unload dishwasher, and tidy main areas.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation 61+ days prior to arrival results in a 100% refund.
  • Cancellation 60-31 days results in a 50% refund. 
  • No refund for cancellations within 30 days or less.
